Tim Lovallo

Buffalo born, graduate of Harpur College (Binghamton University) and the U.B. Law School, Tim was admitted to law practice in 1979. For twenty seven years he has been married to attorney Susan A Williams, his law partner and mother of their two sons, Alex and Adam. The Lovallo-Williams family lives in Buffalo's Cold Spring Neighborhood, near Canisius College. Working together, they're rescued from the wrecking ball one of Buffalo's great old houses, where the family has lived for many years.

Tim Lovallo has devoted his entire legal career to helping those most in need. "I've chosen to represent real people with real needs," Lovallo says, noting "all too often those most in need of a lawyer's help and advice, can least afford it." My goals as a lawyer has always been to help those in need, work for social justice, and earn an honest living to support my family. I think I've earned a reputation for hard work, fair dealing, and effective advocacy."

Recent cases handled by attorney Lovallo which have attracted some attention include his successful defense of a 16 year old high school student, falsely accused of felony assault in a fight outside a Buffalo high school. The defendant’s family received much media attention one year earlier, when they won a new home through the "Extreme Makeover" television show. Had charges not been dropped, a potential college scholarship would have been jeopardized for the young student. All criminal charges are to be dismissed following a period of case adjournment.
